1. Eligibility
The Supply Club Co. Golden Ticket Giveaway is open to customers who:
• place an order of £100 or more in a single transaction
• are 18 years or older
Employees, contractors, partners or affiliates of Supply Club Co. are not eligible.
2. How It Works
• Every order of £100+ automatically qualifies for the Golden Ticket Giveaway.
• During the promotional period, Supply Club Co. will randomly insert Golden Tickets into a limited number of qualifying orders.
• Tickets are placed completely at random. No customer is guaranteed to receive one, even with multiple qualifying orders.
• If you receive a Golden Ticket inside your parcel, you are an instant winner.
3. How to Enter
• Simply place an order worth £100 or more.
• No sign-up or additional steps are required.
• Each qualifying order counts as one entry.
• Multiple qualifying orders = multiple entries.
4. How to Claim Your Prize
If you find a Golden Ticket inside your parcel, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• A clear photo of your Golden Ticket
• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
Supply Club Co. will verify the authenticity of the ticket.
Once validated, you may choose one (1) prize from the list below.
5. Prizes

• Winner may choose the travel dates in coordination with Supply Club Co.
• Includes accommodation, flights, and full itinerary planning.
Bonus Prizes
You may choose one bonus prize instead of the Grand Prize:

Only one prize can be redeemed per Golden Ticket.
6. Prize Conditions
• Travel prizes include flights and accommodation unless otherwise stated.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas or travel documents.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative items unless specified.
• Cash prizes are paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
• Shopping vouchers apply only to Supply Club Co. products.
7. Fraud Prevention
• Supply Club Co. may reject tickets that are fake, damaged or altered.
• We may request ID verification before awarding a prize.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or manipulation.
• Supply Club Co. may modify the promotion if required for fairness or safety.
8. Liability
Supply Club Co. is not liable for:
• shipping delays
• travel disruptions or cancellations outside our control
• changes or unavailability of third-party services
• any circumstances beyond reasonable control
If the Grand Prize becomes unavailable, a cash equivalent or similar alternative may be offered.
