Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery takes 2 to 7 business days from the moment your order has been processed, depending on your location.
During peak seasons or in the event of unforeseen delays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Please note that certain items are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment centre, which allows us to offer a wider range of products and maintain consistent availability. This may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times, which will always be communicated transparently to our customers.
