At Supply Club Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.


Return Policy – 30 Days

You may return a purchased product within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email from us with official return instructions and the correct warehouse address.

Important:
Returns sent to any address other than the official return warehouse provided by our team cannot be accepted or refunded.

Note: If your order was shipped from one of our external warehouses abroad, the product must be returned to the same address it was originally shipped from.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Customers in the EU – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you live within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Products must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • You will be notified whether your return has been approved or rejected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
