    Can i return my package?

    We want you to feel as cherished as Eleanor intended. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window on all orders, including our special Revival Sale pieces, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

    Where is my order confirmation email?

    After placing an order, we will send you 2 emails. One order confirmation email right after you place your order, and one shipping confirmation email once we ship your package.

    If you did not receive the order confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you provided a phone number instead of an email address when placing your order, you will not receive an order confirmation email.

    Make sure to contact our customer service team with the email address you would like to add to your order so that you can receive the shipping confirmation along with your tracking number.

    How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

    Processing and shipping your order takes between 2 to 6 business days, depending on product availability. Once your order leaves our boutique, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

    How long does shipping take?

    Delivery usually takes 5 business days from the time your order is processed. If your product is low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days. We assure you that we do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

    Can I change my address?

    If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order is shipped.
